Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change based on the scope of work.

Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate specified in the service agreement.
