1. Services Provided
Gardening Beckenham offers a comprehensive range of gardening services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and are provided based on the specifications outlined in the service agreement.
2. Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, clients must provide accurate and complete information. Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests; however, we reserve the right to refuse service if scheduling is not feasible.
2.1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change based on the scope of work.
3.1. Late Payments
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate specified in the service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the garden area is accessible and free from obstacles before the scheduled service. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any specific requirements or potential hazards that may affect the service delivery.
4.1. Property Access
Clients must provide secure access to the property during the service hours. If access is restricted, additional fees may apply for alternative arrangements.
5. Liability
Gardening Beckenham strives to provide high-quality services; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, natural occurrences, or client negligence. We carry appropriate insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage during service delivery.
5.1. Damage Claims
In the unlikely event of damage, clients must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the claim and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation.
6. Guarantees and Warranties
We guarantee that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any specific guarantees or warranties will be outlined in the service agreement documents.
6.1. Plant Warranties
While we provide healthy plants, we cannot guarantee plant survival as this can be influenced by various factors beyond our control. We recommend proper maintenance and care to ensure plant longevity.
7. Privacy Policy
Gardening Beckenham is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the necessary information required to provide our services and do not share or sell your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, plans, and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of Gardening Beckenham. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if there is a breach of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date will be due immediately.
9.1. Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in illegal activities, becomes abusive, or fails to comply with our terms and policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
10.1. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties may seek mediation or other legal remedies as necessary.

18. Subcontracting

The engagement of subcontractors does not absolve Gardening Beckenham of any responsibility for service delivery or client satisfaction.
